Sent in the A1C test and website showed that results were received and to be processed. Called after 1 month and told to wait a week more and then waited two more weeks and told when called that the test had been canceled! Never told why nor notified! Illiterate customer service on phone--call center noise overwhelming and unable to get my info correct without multiple repetitions! Don't poke your finger for these folks!

Save your money and time!! I sent my blood sample in with all of the circles on the card more than filled. I got an email that there was not enough blood to test so they sent another test. I way overfilled there circles the second time and got another email saying there was not enough blood to test. I could not get ANY customer service. This company is a freaking joke.

An absolute waste of time and money.
Inconclusive results. Expensive. Bad customer service. Don't bother with it.

I have had a lot of GI problems, I bought the comprehensive food and bingo, right on target, it identified all my allergies that has been destroying my GI, and more I was unaware of. It was so much easier than eliminating a certain food for a month . I am a health care provider and this was easy. You need to read the instructions first and follow- you shouldn't have any problems. I don't know how much more easier they can make the instruction. Washed my hands with warm- hot water and I had no problems getting blood from my finger. If you have GI problems this made me aware of other food sensitivities and has given me a handle on food and eating again. Thank You. So worth the money. KK

They are fraudulent in every manner I can think of. My results came back but to the wrong person. I tried to get in touch to let them know and nobody answered. So someone has my results and I have theirs. This was an std test by the way

It is very difficult to get enough blood to land on a space that is smaller than a postage stamp. Once you use the lancet your blood may or may not flow where you want it to. I also find their website to be confusing and their FAQs are sometimes vague and do not cover all the possible scenarios that could happen. My opinion is that this company is not prepared to operate in a proficient manner and does not have the capacity to provide a service that requires medical expertise. I suggest leaving blood work to the professionals and not waste your money on a company that seems to be in an experimental stage.

This is the worst item. It is almost impossible to follow the rules. No one can get that much blood out of one finger. Please people read reviews and do NOT buy this. Plus I didn't know it had to be mailed in or I would NEVER have bought. Worst product ever. Thanks for ripping an old lady off.

Lancets didn't work so I didn't actually complete the kit, but everything came and came on time so I guess there's that. Danny (Customer Experience) helped me out and I got a refund right away. Thanks Danny

Everlywell food sensitivity test is very vague does not help at all damn sure isn't worth the money it's all crap. If you waste your money on this all I can say is good luck.

Oh my god, people your reviews are KILLING ME. IF YOU ARE NOT EATING THE THING, THERE WILL BE NO IMMUNE MARKERS TO THE THING IN YOUR BLOOD. This DOES NOT mean you are not allergic/sensitive. It means your body has not (recently) mounted an immune response to it (b/c there is nothing there to react to).
